Your application form of RRB recruitment must have been rejected by the authorities for a miss-match of signatures and photographs in it but now you can modify them. Photograph of the candidate

• The photograph of the candidate must be coloured with a light background.
• The size of the photograph should be of 320×240 pixels.
• The photograph resolution should be 100 DPI.
• The format of the photograph should be JPEG/ JPG.
• The size of the photograph should be 20-50 KB.
• Remember your photograph must have been clicked in a studio by a professional not from a mobile or self portrait.
• Candidates 50 percent face should be visible.
• Face should not be hidden from cap, hair or sunglasses.
• The main features of the face should be clear. Specially Forehead, nose and eyes.
• It is important for the candidate to keep at least 10 copies of the photographs with them at the time of modification.

Signature of the candidate

• The signature should be with a black ink pen on a while paper. That particular paper should be white in colour not cream/ off white.
• The size of the signature should be 50mmX20mm.
• The signature should also be in cursive writing and not in Block letters. For instance if your name is Ravinder Singh Saini then do not write it as RAVINDER. Do write it in a cursive writing.
• The file should be between 10KB to 40 KB.
• The format of the photograph should be JPEG/ JPG
• The photograph resolution should be 100 DPI.
• The signature should be of the applicant only.
• Respective signature should match from other documents too.
• If in any given scenario, the signatures do not get match, a legal prosecution will be initiated and candidate will be disqualified from the recruitment process too.
