ERRATA

Reference: Order dated 1^st July 2004 in the matter of Approval of M/s BSES Ltd.’s (now Reliance Energy Limited) Annual Revenue Requirements for FY 2003-04 and 2004-05, and determination of tariff for FY 2004-05 (Case No.18 of 2003).

In the Table on “Fuel Price for FY 2004-05” on page no. 80 of the Order dated 1.7.2004, the figure against MERC Approval of Price of Coal Basket of “2219 Rs/MT” should be substituted by the figure “1948 Rs/MT”.
