Assignment: Assistance to Commission on retainership-cum-consultancy basis on various matters.

Terms of Reference/ Scope of Work

(i)

Preparation of Record of Proceedings, summary of pleadings and other legal and drafting assistance and advice.

(ii)

Monitoring and analysis of compliance of Orders and Regulations.

(iii)

Opinion and analysis of specific technical/commercial issues/matters referred by Commission

(iv)

General services and assistance in back-office operations as required.

:

After seeking responses for secondment of personnel on retainership-cum-consultancy basis from selected public and similar financial institutions and from CEA

Cost

:

(i)	For legal assistance: Rs.1250/- per man hour.
(ii)	For other assistance: Rs. 7.00 lakhs, plus professional  fees  to technical/other experts as may be required after  consultation and approval of Commission.
(iii)	Service tax extra.
